Applications:
- Entry Fee: $T.B.A.
- Online Applications open September 15th and close October 1st, 2009
- Once accepted, Registered teams may update their team information by using the web link given them when their application was accepted.
- Update your team names, staff and player information as soon as your rosters are set to ensure the programme is accurate.
- Email your team photo (jpg format) for the programme to the Tournament Director.
