The AGM this year will be held October 4, 2022 at 7:00PM via Zoom. A link will be sent to all members 10 days prior to the meeting, along with the meeting's agenda, a list of board and committee positions, and other volunteer duties. A document describing the various board and committee positions and volunteer duties will also be made available. It is intended these positions will be filled at the AGM so please give these serious consideration.
The club requires a $200 deposit to ensure AGM attendance. Please note we have a new process for deposits. The ERC has a section within our RAMP Registration Site for you to provide your deposits. Under the "Choose a division" drop down menu, under "Drop In" you will see 3 deposit requests along with their explanations. When you select the 'drop in' package, it will allow you to apply your credit card information and will give the information for an initial charge with the remaining charge if your deposit needs to be charged. The $200 deposit for mandatory AGM attendance will be cancelled after confirmation of your attendance at the annual AGM. Please complete all three deposits by Tuesday, September 20th.
The club is a small group (5 teams including WAM! and Open A). Participation on the board, in various volunteer roles, and/or committees is vital to the ongoing operation of the club and team success. Generally families will be asked to do some volunteering for their team and some for the club. We will provide support to you in these roles - many hands make light work! We look forward to getting to know new faces and seeing each other again at the rink and on zoom.
